How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can request for order cancellation within 12 hours after order placed, while it may not be afterwards as we may have proceeded your order.
Will my order come in one package?
In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.
Can I get refund if I do not get my item?
It usually takes around 12-20 business days to arrive unless remote destination or festival season, which may take up to 40 business days to arrive. Customs checking will also delay the delivery time, please be patient for the delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 2 months, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a refund or a replacement will be sent again under agreement.
What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at email@example.com with details/photos of the product and the defect.
We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or make a refund , using the original method of payment.
